The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

The provider uses SSL technology for the transmission of all user data, which ensures the encryption of all information sent with the user’s orders. In the case of failure to fill in the mandatory input fields, the system automatically detects an error and warns the user before submitting the order.

Product selection: In the order form, you select the appropriate product or the quantity you want to order. Before clicking on the order button, information about the product you are ordering is always available on the website.
Order: After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. After receiving the notification, the buyer must settle the entire amount of the order within 48 hours (applies to working days). If the buyer does not settle the order, the order is cancelled.
Order Confirmed: When the customer pays for the order, the order goes into further production. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The seller will inform the buyer about the exact delivery of the goods, if the material may not be in stock.
Dispatch: The provider prepares the goods within the agreed period, sends them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail.
Prices
All prices are final, unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 ZDDV-1. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email about the status of the order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Delivery time
After receiving your order, we will make your ordered product by hand within a maximum of 14 working days, if we have the material in stock. If the specified material is not available, the product will be manufactured within 20 working days at the latest.
Issuance of an invoice
The online store www.mytinybird.com also provides the customer with an invoice upon delivery of the ordered items. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the issued invoices. We do not consider later complaints.
Delivery
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.
Return and exchange of goods and right of withdrawal until purchase
The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing within 14 days after receiving the goods that he is not satisfied with the products or withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision, and he must then return the products within 30 days from the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The return of the goods within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred when returning the item of purchase. The buyer must notify the seller in writing of the intended return by e-mail: info@mytinybird.com, and return the goods within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or notices of withdrawal from the contract. When returning goods, a completed form for returning goods must also be attached (the form is sent to the e-mail address of the buyer at the same time as the notification of resignation or exchange) and a photocopy of the invoice. After the return, the goods are inspected and assessed to see if they meet all the product return criteria. The seller does not accept shipments with a ransom. The transfer of the value of the purchased goods (excluding the costs of sending the goods to the buyer, if they were included in the invoice) is transferred to the buyer’s account from which the purchase was made. The purchase price will be returned to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, without the buyer requesting it. The returned goods must be in their original condition – undamaged, packed in the original packaging, in an unchanged quantity and without traces of use and wear.
If the product was made to order, exchanging the product for another product is unfortunately not possible.
Disclaimer

Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an efficient complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail. Within five working days, the provider will confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the customer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure. The provider is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms of Borut Košunik s.p. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
